
Accelerant
was founded as an independent consultancy in 2004 by Director Graham
Thomson. Graham is an experienced consultant/ interim manager with
17 years experience in industry and Big 4 Management Consultancies
specialising in CRM Programme Management, Business Process Improvement
and Business Transformation.
Graham has a successful track record of improving business performance
and of delivering projects to time, budget and quality expectations,
across a wide range of industries including the Pharmaceutical,
Chemical, Consumer Electronic, Financial Services, Hi-tech, Retail,
Telecommunications, Learning & Development and Public sectors.
Before setting up Accelerant Ltd, Graham had a successful 7 year
career with a number of global management consultancies including
Deloitte & Touche, Arthur Andersen, Logica and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

During this period Graham worked on a number of
high profile CRM assignments for Blue chip organisations such as
Philips, Barclaycard, Sainsbury's, Cable & Wireless, Orange and
Samsung.
Prior to entering management consultancy, Graham spent the first
8 years of his career in international Sales & Marketing within
the Chemicals and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Graham graduated with a BSc. (Hons) 2.1 in Geography from the University
of Aberdeen before gaining an MBA from the University of Edinburgh.
Whilst in industry he has gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing
from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has also become a
qualified Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner.
To supplement the above skills and experience, Accelerant works
with a number of close Associates who have a similar background
in Big 4 management consultancies and whose skills readily compliment
our core services.
In September 2007, Graham Thomson was named "Programme Management Interim Manager of the Year" at an awards ceremony in London sponsored by
