Accelerant was founded as an independent consultancy in January 2004 by Director Graham Thomson. The Talent Management practice was then established in May 2005 by Director Sally Thomson, an experienced Consultant with 17 years experience in industry and Executive Search. Sally specialises in helping clients to improve their resourcing practices and in helping them to shape their people strategy, thereby ensuring that they have the very best Talent in the market place both now and in the future. Sally has a successful track record of recruiting at the most senior
levels in the Consumer Goods industry, as well as some specific
vertical market specialisms. Having recruited for most functional
areas, Sally has gained significant experience and success at helping
clients to consolidate their thoughts around the skills and set
of behaviours that define high achievers in an organisation. She
has subsequently gone on to help these clients build their people
capability by providing strategies for attracting and developing
the very best individuals. |
Before establishing Accelerant Ltd, Sally
was a Director for 7 years at the Executive Search and Talent Management
organisation, Highfield Human Solutions. During this period, Sally
worked across a number of Market sectors and functions at Board and
Executive Steering committee level.
Prior to entering the field of Executive Search and Talent Management Consultancy, Sally had a successful 10 year career in Industry beginning her career in Marketing with Unilever and then in the pharmaceutical, Pre-press and Printing Industry in broader commercial roles. Sally graduated with a BSc (hons) 2.1 in Applied Sciences and has
an MBA from the University of Bradford Management School. |
