work closely with you to develop a Project Initiation document
detailing the scope, objectives, benefits, project structure
and resource requirements, success factors, deliverables and
milestones for the project. |

Throughout the assignment, reports
will be prepared at agreed intervals highlighting progress made
along with the identification of issues and risks that may impact
successful delivery. |

Following the conclusion of a project
we will conduct a post-engagement review with you to understand
the benefits that have been delivered, the elements that have
worked well and what could have been improved so that lessons
can be captured for future initiatives. |
